the pool was out of order for days, with no clear updates despite inquiries!!! Also, maintenance seemed to be neglected, with peeling paint and other signs of age throughout the hotel!!!

Great location near the bustling city, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and effective AC, perfect for the hot weather. However, the main drawback was the misleading information about the pool facilities—it was out of order due to chemical issues, and nobody updated us on its status despite our inquiries. Also, I wasn't thrilled with the breakfast selection. it felt minimal and low quality. Overall, while my stay had perks, the unkempt areas and lack of communication about amenities were disappointing.

The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
The pool was out of order during my entire stay, and there was no clear communication about when it would be operational.

Just a fine choice for a weekend stopover in Monterrey with good value for cost. The room was spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable rest after exploring the city. Bring some snacks as the breakfast selection was quite limited.

the hotel’s location made it easy to stroll to amazing spots like the Museo de Historia Mexicana, just a short walk away, and I also enjoyed grabbing coffee from El Cafelito, which is right around the corner.

Had a good stay in a Double Room. The room was big and comfy, which was awesome after a long day. The beds were nice and I slept well. Checking in was smooth and the bellboy was helpful guiding me to my room. The only downside was the air conditioning had an odd smell.
